AN ACT CONVERTING THE TAYTAY MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TAYTAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Taytay Municipal High School is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Taytay National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on June 5, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
