AN ACT SEPARATING THE EXISTING PNAC BAYANIHAN HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MENDOZA, MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, FROM THE PALAWAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ABORLAN, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, AND CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE MENDOZA NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The existing PNAC Bayanihan High School in Barangay Mendoza, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Palawan, is hereby separated from the Palawan National Agricultural College in the Municipality of Aborlan, Province of Palawan, and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Mendoza National Agricultural High School, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
Section 2
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the implementation of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on June 5, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
