[ REPUBLIC ACT No. 7998, April 22, 1995 ]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The Tubod Barangay High School in the Municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu, is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Tubod National High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
