[ REPUBLIC ACT No. 7986, April 22, 1995 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BELEN, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ILDEFONSO, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BELEN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Belen, Municipality of San Ildefonso, Province of Ilocos Sur, to be known as the Belen National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the rules and regulations necessary to implement this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the current year of its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
