[ REPUBLIC ACT No. 7984, April 22, 1995 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LA UNION, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ISIDRO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a high school in Barangay La Union, Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Davao Oriental.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall implement this Act so as to make the school operational during the first school term after the effectivity of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to implement the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
