Nineth Congress Third Regular Session
[ REPUBLIC ACT No. 7952, March 24, 1995 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ESTANCIA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ESTANCIA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Estancia, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Estancia National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulation as may be necessary out of the purposes of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on December 16, 1994 and February 15, 1995, respectively.
