[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7814, October 26, 1994 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE CARURAY BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CARURAY, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN VICENTE, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO THE CARURAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The existing barangay high school of Barangay Caruray, Municipality of San Vicente, Province of Palawan, is hereby converted into a national high school under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
Section 2
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
