[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7807, August 30, 1994 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. TERESITA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. TERESITA HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a high school in the Poblacion, Municipality of Sta. Teresita, Province of Batangas, to be known as the Sta. Teresita High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue and publish the necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in Filipino and English in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
