[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7793, August 08, 1994 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE IPILAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE IPILAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE'S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Ipilan Barangay High School is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Ipilan National High School.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on August 8, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
