AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BARANGAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY RUBEN E. ECLEO, SR., MUNICIPALITY OF CAGDIANAO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE RUBEN E. ECLEO, SR. NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Ruben E
Ecleo, Sr., Municipality of Cagdianao, Province of Surigao del Norte, under the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, to be known as the Ruben E. Ecleo, Sr. National High School.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
