AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE OF STATUS OF THE ATIMONAN ZONE I NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ATIMONAN, FOURTH DISTRICT OF QUEZON, FROM NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ATIMONAN NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE THEREOF
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall cause the change of status of the Atimonan Zone 1 National High School in the Municipality of Atimonan, Fourth District of Quezon, from national high school to national comprehensive high school.
Section 2
The subject school shall be known as the Atimonan National Comprehensive High School.
Section 3
The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Atimonan Zone 1 National High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
