AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF TABONTABON BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TABONTABON, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO JUSTIMBASTE-REMANDABAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The name of Tabontabon Barangay High School in the Municipality of Tabontabon, Province of Leyte, is hereby changed to Justimbaste-Remandaban National High School, which shall be under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
Section 2
The amount necessary for its conversion and eventual operation shall be included in the annual appropriations of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports under the General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, the sum needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
