AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MANAGOPAYA PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANATE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO FRANCISCO S. BACTUNG MEMORIAL PRIMARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The name of the Managopaya Primary School in the Municipality of Banate, Province of Iloilo, is hereby changed to Francisco S. Bactung Memorial Primary School.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on April 9, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27 (1), Article VI of the Constitution.
