AN ACT DECLARING MARCH FOUR OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

March four is the Foundation Day of the City of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan. This day is celebrated with the rallying of and generating popular participation in activities which meaningfully galvanize community support towards development goals and cultural progress.

Section 2

March four is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
