[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7672, January 10, 1994 ]

AN ACT DECLARING JUNE EIGHTEEN OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Province of Benguet was created by virtue of Republic Act No

4695 which was enacted into law on June 18, 1966.

Section 2

It is hereby declared that June Eighteen of every year be a nonworking public holiday in the Province of Benguet.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on January 10, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
