[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7559, May 26, 1992 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAOMBONG, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PAOMBONG HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The rural health unit in the Municipality of Paombong, Province of Bulacan, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Paombong Health Infirmary.
Section 2
The Department of Health shall promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
