[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7542, May 22, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE HINUNANGAN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINUNANGAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, UPGRADING IT INTO A DISTRICT HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE HINUNANGAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Hinunangan Community Hospital in the Municipality of Hinunangan, Province of Southern Leyte, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-Five (25) beds and upgrading it into a district hospital to be known as the Hinunangan District Hospital.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
