AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE DANAO CITY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN DANAO CITY, PROVINCE OF CEBU, FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPRORIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Danao City Emergency Hospital in Danao City, Province of Cebu, is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds.

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
