[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7538, May 22, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE ROXAS MEDICARE HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, FROM FIFTEEN (15) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, UPGRADING IT INTO A DISTRICT HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE ROXAS DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Roxas Medicare Hospital in the Municipality of Roxas, Province of Palawan, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds and upgrading it into a district hospital to be known as the Roxas District Hospital.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
