[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7534, May 22, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE INTEGRATED PROVINCIAL HEALTH OFFICE - ROXAS MEMORIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL IN ROXAS CITY, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, FROM ITS PRESENT SEVENTY-FIVE BEDS TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Integrated Provincial Health Office Roxas Memorial General Hospital in Roxas City, Province of Capiz, is hereby increased from seventy-five to one hundred fifty beds under the supervision of the Department of Health.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
