[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7505, May 18, 1992 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TUPAZ, MUNICIPALITY OF MARAGUSAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TUPAZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Tupaz, Municipality of Maragusan, Province of Davao del Norte, to be known as the Tupaz National High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
