[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7503, May 18, 1992 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY GEMUMUA-AGAHON IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PASSI, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GEMUMUA-AGAHON HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a high school in Barangay Gemumua-Agahon in the Municipality of Passi, Province of Iloilo to be known as the Gemumua-Agahon High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
