[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7415, April 14, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE CADIZ DISTRICT HOSPITAL FROM A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY TO A ONE HUNDRED-BED CAPACITY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Cadiz District Hospital is hereby expanded and improved by increasing the bed capacity from a twenty-five-bed to a one hundred-bed capacity district hospital under the supervision of the Department of Health.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
