AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE PUERTO PRINCESA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, FROM A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY HOSPITAL INTO A SEVENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7413, April 14, 1992 ]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Puerto Princesa Provincial Hospital in the City of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, is hereby increased from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds.

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
