[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7408, April 14, 1992 ]
AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE PRIETO-DIAZ MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL FROM A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PRIETO-DIAZ DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Prieto-Diaz Municipal Hospital in the Province of Sorsogon, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Prieto-Diaz District Hospital.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
