AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE GINGOOG DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, FROM A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL INTO A SEVENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GINGOOG PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7407, April 14, 1992 ]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assemble:

Section 1

The Gingoog District Hospital in the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a fifty-bed capacity district hospital into a seventy-five-bed capacity provincial hospital, to be known as the Gingoog Provincial Hospital.

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
