[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7406, April 14, 1992 ]
AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE KALAMANSLG MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KALAMANSIG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, FROM A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS KALAMANSIG DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Kalamansig Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Kalamansig, Province of Sultan Kudarat, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Kalamansig District Hospital.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
