[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7381, April 10, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE CAGAYAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF APARRI, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, FROM FIFTY (50) TO SEVENTY-FIVE (75) BEDS, AND UPGRADING IT INTO A PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE APARRI PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Cagayan District Hospital in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan, is hereby expanded and upgraded from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds and upgrading it into a provincial hospital to be known as the Aparri Provincial Hospital.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
