[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7362, April 08, 1992 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT AND INCREASE IN THE BED CAPACITY OF THE MABALACAT EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN PAMPANGA, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
This Act shall provide for the improvement and increase in the bed capacity of the Mabalacat Emergency Hospital in Pampanga from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
The Secretary of the Department of Health shall be responsible for the immediate implementation of this Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
