[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7361, April 08, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE COTABATO PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL FROM FIFTY (50) TO ONE HUNDRED (100) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Cotabato Provincial Hospital is hereby increased from fifty (50) to one hundred (100) beds.

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

Section 3

The Secretary of the Department of Health is hereby authorized to issue all orders and circulars necessary in the implementation of this Act.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
