[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7332, March 31, 1992 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN RAFAEL HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The rural health unit in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the San Rafael Health Infirmary.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
