[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7288, March 24, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE CANDELARIA MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANDELARIA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Candelaria Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) beds.

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
