[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7261, March 20, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE CAUAYAN MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN BARANGAY ISIO, MUNICIPALITY OF CAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Cauayan Municipal Hospital in Barangay Isio, Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) beds.

Section 2

The Secretary of Health, who shall exercise supervision over said hospital, is hereby authorized to appoint the medical staff and other personnel necessary for its operation and maintenance.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
