[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7259, March 20, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE ALBAY PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN LEGASPI CITY, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, FROM ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) TO TWO HUNDRED (200) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Albay Provincial Hospital in Legaspi City, Province of Albay, is hereby increased from one hundred fifty (150) to two hundred (200) beds.
Section 2
The Secretary of Health is hereby empowered to reorganize said hospital accordingly.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
