[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7258, March 20, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE ILIGAN CITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN ILIGAN CITY, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, FROM SEVENTY-FIVE (75) TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Iligan City District Hospital in Iligan City, Province of Lanao del Norte, is hereby increased from seventy-five (75) to one hundred fifty (150) beds.

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
