[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7242, March 19, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE MALITA MEDICARE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, FROM FIFTEEN (15) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Malita Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao del Sur, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds.

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
