[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7241, March 19, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE DON JOSE C. LOCSIN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF SILAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, FROM SEVENTY-FIVE (75) TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The bed capacity of the Don Jose C
Locsin Memorial Hospital in the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby increased from seventy-five (75) to one hundred fifty (150) beds.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
