[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7238, March 19, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE DUMANGAS DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMANGAS, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, FROM FIFTY (50) TO SEVENTY-FIVE (75) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Dumangas District Hospital in the Municipality of Dumangas, Province of Iloilo, is hereby increased from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds.

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
