[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7233, March 19, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SERGIO OSMEA, SR., MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SERGIO OSMEA, SR., PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Sergio Osmea, Sr., Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Sergio Osmea, Sr., Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) beds.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
