[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7231, March 19, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE KABANKALAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABANKALAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Kabankalan District Hospital located in the Municipality of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds.

Section 2

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
