[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7217, March 06, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE AMAI-PAKPAK GENERAL HOSPITAL IN MARAWI CITY, LANAO DEL SUR, FROM SEVENTY-FIVE (75) TO ONE HUNDRED (100) BEDS, UPGRADING IT INTO A PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE AMAI-PAKPAK PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Amai-Pakpak General Hospital in Marawi City, Lanao del Sur, is hereby increased from seventy-five (75) to one hundred (100) beds and upgrading it into a provincial hospital to be known as the Amai-Pakpak Provincial Hospital.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
