Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-second day of July, nineteen hundred and ninety-one.
[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7199, February 25, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE MADRID DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MADRID, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Madrid District Hospital in the Municipality of Madrid, Province of Surigao del Sur, is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provision of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
