[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7176, January 14, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SOUTHERN LEYTE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAASIN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, FROM ONE HUNDRED (100) TO ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (125) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Southern Leyte Provincial Hospital in the Municipality of Maasin, Province of Southern Leyte, is hereby increased from one hundred (100) to one hundred twenty-five (125) beds.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
