REPUBLIC ACT No. 7107 August 14, 1991
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY STA. MARIA, MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. MARIA HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay Sta
Maria, Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Davao del Sur, to be known as the Sta. Maria High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
