[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7007, May 17, 1991 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE IN BARANGAY TAWANTAWAN, DISTRICT OF BAGUIO, CITY OF DAVAO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BAGUIO HIGH SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a high school of agriculture in Barangay Tawantawan, District of Baguio, City of Davao, to be known as the Baguio High School of Agriculture.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
