[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6987, May 06, 1991 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCKOOL AT SSS VILLAGE, BARANGAY CONCEPTION II, MUNICIPALITY OF MARIKINA, METRO MANILA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CONCEPTION HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a high school at SSS Village, Barangay Conception II, Municipality of Marikina, Metro Manila, to be known as the Conception High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
the amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take affect upon its approval.
