REPUBLIC ACT No. 6983 May 6, 1991
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY FE DEL MUNDO, MUNICIPALITY OF MANSALAY, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE FE DEL MUNDO HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a high school in Barangay Fe del Mundo, Municipality of Mansalay, Province of Oriental Mindoro, to be known as the Fe del Mundo High School.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and hereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
