REPUBLIC ACT No. 6941 April 4, 1990

AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST NINE OF EVERY YEAR AS GOVERNOR ROQUE B. ABLAN, SR. DAY, A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. August Nine of every year is hereby declared as Governor Roque B

Ablan, Sr. Day, a special holiday in the Province of Ilocos Norte to celebrate the birthday and commemorate the memory of the late governor and labor leader.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
