REPUBLIC ACT No. 675 March 14, 1952
AN ACT TO FIX THE SALARIES OF PHYSICIANS UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
Section 1
The annual salaries of physicians under the Department of Health shall be as hereinbelow fixed:

Section 2
If a hospital is departmentalized, the chief of each of the clinical departments, working on half time basis, shall receive a salary not more than fifty per cent of his salary if working on full time basis.
Section 3
No chief of hospital, or president of sanitary division, shall receive salary less than that of charity clinic physician in the same locality.
Section 4
All laws, acts, or parts thereof, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, are hereby repealed.
Section 5
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
