[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6702, February 10, 1989 ] AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER THIRTEEN AS BATTLE OFPULANG LUPADAY AND A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Every September thirteen is hereby declared as Battle ofPulang LupaDay and a special non-working holiday in the Province of Marinduque to commemorate the battle ofPulang Lupa.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
